December 2007 ONLINE PRIZE DRAW
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Method of Entry:
Panel members will be invited via email to participate in one of our online surveys and then need to answer the relevant survey questions to be part of the prize draw. Respondents who “screen out” or fall into a “quota full” locations will have one entry in the prize draw. Respondents who complete the survey will be given 5 entries in the prize draw. Some members of the panel will be invited to participate in lengthier special interest surveys. Respondents will receive 20 entires into the prize draw for completing these special interest surveys. Members of the public may also be invited to take part in a telephone research survey. Respondents who complete the telephone survey will be given one entry into the prize draw.
Conditions of entry:
Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only.
Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
Prize Details: The total value of prizes is $5000
First prize $2,000
Second prize $1,000
Third: $500
Additional 15 prizes of $100.
Promotion commences 1st of December, 2007
Entries close 31st December, 2007
The draw will take place on 15th January of, 2008 at 4pm at The ORU, Level 9, 235-243 Jones St Ultimo, NSW.
The prize draw will be drawn electronically using an approved random number generating system.
The major prize will be drawn first and other prizes drawn in descending order of value.
The winners will be notified by email. The winners will be announced in The Australian newspaper on 22nd of January 2008. In accordance with The ORU privacy principles only the names of prize winners will be published.

Permits not required by Queensland, Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Victoria and we comply by the terms & conditions of those states. New Zealand residents are only eligible for cash prizes to the value of $1000.
The promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary in order to distribute a prize if unclaimed three months after the first draw. The draw is to be from the previous draw’s total number with the previous prize winners’ numbers removed. The date for the redraw will be on 15th April 2008 at 5pm.
If the winner of the prize is under 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
The promoter The ORU abides by the Codes of Professional Behaviour of the Market Research Society of Australia. The identities of the participants will not be disclosed to any third party other than for the purpose of announcing the winners and will not be used for any non-research purpose.
Participating in this research is entirely voluntary and no purchase is necessary in order to enter the prize draw.
