\n<\/strong>TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY<\/p>\n

<\/strong>Method of Entry:
\n<\/strong>Panel members will be invited via email to participate in one of our online surveys and then need to answer the relevant survey questions to be part of the prize draw. Respondents who \u201cscreen out\u201d or fall into a \u201cquota full\u201d locations will have one entry in the prize draw. Respondents who complete surveys with an average time less than 20 minutes will be given 5 entries in the prize draw. Respondents who complete surveys with an average time greater than 20 minutes will be given 10 entries in the prize draw. Some members of the panel will be invited to participate in special interest surveys. Respondents\u00a0will receive 20 entries into the prize draw for\u00a0completing these special interest surveys
\nMembers of the public may also be invited to take part in a telephone research survey. Respondents who complete the telephone survey will be given one entry into the prize draw.
\nConditions of entry:
\n<\/strong>Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only.
\nEmployees and their immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.\u00a0 The average timing of individual surveys will be determined by The ORU prior to launching the survey. This timing will determine the amount of prize entries given for completing a survey.\u00a0

Prize Details: The total value of prizes is $5000

First prize $2,000
\n<\/strong>Second prize $1,000
\nThird: $500\u00a0
\nAdditional 15 prizes of $100.
\nPromotion commences<\/strong> 1st<\/sup> January, 2009
\nEntries close<\/strong> 31st<\/sup> January, 2009
\nThe draw<\/strong> will take place on 15th<\/sup> February, 2009 at 4pm at The ORU, Ogilvy House, Level 1, 72 Christie St, St Leonards, NSW, 2065.
\nThe prize draw will be drawn electronically using an approved random number generating system.\u00a0
\nThe major prize will be drawn first and other prizes drawn in descending order of value.
\nThe winners will be notified by email. The winners will be announced in The Australian<\/em> newspaper on 27th<\/sup> February, 2009. In accordance with The ORU privacy principles only the names of prize winners will be published.

\nPermits not required by South Australia, Queensland, Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Victoria and we comply by the terms & conditions of those states. New Zealand residents are only eligible for cash prizes to the value of\u00a0 $1000.
\nThe promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary in order to distribute a prize if unclaimed three months after the first draw. The draw is to be from the previous draw\u2019s total number with the previous prize winners\u2019 numbers removed. The date for the redraw will be on 19th May, 2009. The results will be posted on our website on May 23d<\/sup> 2009.
\nIf the winner of the prize is under 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner\u2019s parent or guardian.
\nThe promoter The ORU abides by the Codes of Professional Behaviour of the Market Research Society of Australia.\u00a0 The identities of the participants will not be disclosed to any third party other than for the purpose of announcing the winners and will not be used for any non-research purpose.
