\nTERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Method of Entry:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Panel members will be invited via email to participate in one of our online surveys and then need to answer the relevant survey questions to be part of the prize draw. Prize draw entries will vary from each project and respondents will be informed how many prize draw entries they will receive for completing each survey prior to commencement. Respondents who \u201cscreen out\u201d or fall into a \u201cquota full\u201d locations will have one entry in the prize draw. Members of the public may be called at random and also be invited to take part in a research survey and will be notified of how many prize draw entries they will receive.<\/p>\n

Prize Details:<\/strong>
\nThere will be 11 individual prizes with a total value of all prizes is $5000:
\n3 individual prizes of $1,000 each
\n3 individual prizes of $500 each
\n5 individual prizes of $100<\/p>\n

Prizes will be paid into a nominated Australian bank account via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).\u00a0ACT residents are only eligible for total cash prizes to the value of $3000.<\/p>\n

Promotion commences <\/strong>1st January 2020
\nEntries close<\/strong> 29th February 2020
\nThe draw<\/strong> will take place on 10th March 2020 at 4pm at The ORU, The Bond \u2013 Level 6, 30 Hickson Road, Millers Point NSW 2000.<\/p>\n

The prize draw will be drawn electronically using an approved random number generating system. \u00a0The major prize will be drawn first and other prizes drawn in descending order of value.The winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw. The winners will be announced on our website at\u00a0http:\/\/members.theoru.com.au\/?page_id=9<\/a> on 17th March 2020. In accordance with The ORU privacy principles only the names of prize winners will be published.<\/p>\n

\nPermits not required by South Australia, Queensland, Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Victoria and we comply by the terms & conditions of those states. New Zealand residents are only eligible for individual cash prizes to the value of $1000. Prizes are not available to residents outside Australia & New Zealand.<\/p>\n

The promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary in order to distribute a prize if unclaimed three months after the first draw. The draw is to be from the previous draw\u2019s total number with the previous prize winners\u2019 numbers removed. The date for the redraw will be on 16th April 2020 at 4pm at The ORU, The Bond \u2013 Level 6, 30 Hickson Road, Millers Point NSW 2000. The redraw winner will be contacted by email (in writing). The results will be posted on our website at\u00a0http:\/\/members.theoru.com.au\/?page_id=9<\/a> on 18th May 2020.<\/p>\n

If the winner of the prize is under 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner\u2019s parent or guardian. The promoter The ORU abides by the Codes of Professional Behaviour of the Market Research Society of Australia.\u00a0 The identities of the participants will not be disclosed to any third party other than for the purpose of announcing the winners and will not be used for any non-research purpose. Participating in this research is entirely voluntary and no purchase is necessary in order to enter the prize draw.<\/p>\n
